I just want to tell you that we are in the same boat as you! The consulate received our application the first week of October, and we've gone past being patient, as you well know. We have tried phone calls and e-mails, but can't get through the main phone number given for the consulate: +212 522 26 45 50. Have you had luck with any other number?

If we get any news, I will be sure to post it here for you to see. I hope to hear your news as well - and I wish you the best of luck. I know how hard this is to wait.

Yes, any luck with any of you on receiving your packets? I hope so.

I am the petitioner for a K-1 visa and our application got to Casa the first week of October and we haven't heard anything. No replies to phone calls or e-mails. In fact the phone line doesn't appear to work correctly: +212 522 26 45 50. Does it work for anyone else? Also have been using ivcasablanca@state.gov for e-mails and nothing helpful from them.

I'd love to hear updates from you and any ideas for getting an answer from them. Over 2 months is much too long to be waiting just to schedule an interview!

I wish you all the best with this.

We Are The Same We Have Been Waiting For Over A Month. Casablanca Got His Paperwork From NVC On November 5th And We Have Not Heard Anything From Casablanca. We Both Have Called Numerous Times And Sent Dozens Of Emails With No Response. It's So Very Painful And I'm So Over Being Patient!! If Anyone Has Any Suggestions I Would Greatly Appreciate Your Help.

UPDATE: sorry for delay. I the US petitioneresidents and my fiancee went in person. Go at 1pm to 130 or they won't let you in. We went to us consulate in Casablanca. They let me in directly because I am us citizen. They were very helpful. They looked up our file and then promised to email us interview date and packet. Within 24 hours we got an email. Our interview is now scheduled December 23rd. It definitely helped us. Good luck

I'm happy to hear people are getting their interviews. I feel bad if you've been waiting and still haven't heard anything. I am not understanding their way of making interviews. It seems if you're lucky enough to talk to an actual person, or the right person answers your email, you'll get your interview. Good luck everyone on your interviews! We are gathering and gathering and getting excited and nervous and gathering some more proof of our relationship. His medical is next week, then it's just two more weeks.

Congrats to everyone who has gotten their interview dates & for the rest of you, hopefully you will hear very soon. It seems as if they took a pause with scheduling interviews for a while, but in the last couple weeks a lot of people have been notified. So hopefully it is right around the corner for everyone else.

Good luck on your interviews everyone! :)

Congratulations all on your recently scheduled interviews! I wish you all the best of luck in getting through the last part of this painful process.

We still haven't gotten any response from the consulate to our e-mails since they received our application at the beginning of October. Fingers crossed that we'll be notified very soon like you guys as we all seem to be in the same filing time period... Thank you for sharing all of your tips and ideas. We will just keep trying e-mails and...patience.

That is the correct email address. When my fiancé got the interview date and packet, it was a reply to a message he sent. They didn't just email him.

He emailed them in French and attached a copy of the letter I got from the NVC with case number and all of our information. Still thanking K1Hopeful22 for that tip. They replied within about a 24 hour period. The other emails we sent them didn't get any reply.
