So my new employer uses Trinet and theyre not accepting my I-751 Receipt Notice. They say cant accept until I receive an I-751 Acceptance letter. Isnt that when my Green Card will be in the mail which months away from now? Did I miss a letter? File for InfoPass?

Yes, the "acceptance letter" would be the letter stating the green card is on its way. I'm assuming they don't know what they're talking about since an "I-751 acceptance letter" does not exist. All there is to show that your application was accepted and is being processed is the NOA/Receipt. :(

Yea I've explained the point of the i-797. Currently writting an email to Trinet myself. For those dont know, Trinet process payroll, benefits, and other HR functions. Its also weird because up until last Friday I worked at another job where they used Trinet and had no issues.

Get an I-551 stamp in your passport is all you can do. I didn't even mention anything to my job as it's none of their business unless im legally not allowed to work.

To give an update. I was told to call Trinet Employment Eligibility and they understood my case right away and said I'm fine. I now have relay this to employer or have them speak to each other.
