Congrats :) to me it looks like you have a Case Complete, because I read it somewhere that if you have 3 N/A that means you have a Case Complete. Have patience for a few days and hopefully you will have an email from NVC regarding it.

Don't worry ... it seems you also have a Case Complete. Many people have discussed regarding 3 N/A which means they are almost done with case complete :)

Got case complete Nov 6 what we have to do next ... hope someone will answer me greatly appreciated

Good day to all. I am a very confused newbie here.

In the CEAC site it shows 3 N/As (one each for AOS Fees, AOS documents and Financial Documents and Civil Documents). Status for IV Application and DS-261 is 'completed'. IV Fees is stated as 'Paid'. Our scanning date is Aug 21. We called up NVC and was asked to wait and be patient. Our case is put on 'Supervisor Review' a few weeks back and we still have no reply from NVC. We have gone so far and still don't see the light. Where did we go wrong? Anybody out there who can give us some ‘enlightment’? :( Thank you in advance.

Have you paid AOS fee? On my case AOS fees shows "Paid". I just don't understand why it should say N/A when it is paid.

Good question waitoolong! I am also confused and unable to understand that why it's showing N/A?

As when we have paid AOS fees after 1 week it was showing "PAID" till we have received email notification from NVC that our case has been processed and interview date has been scheduled the status changed from "Paid" to "N/A" next day.

I think we all need to wait and watch and act accordingly the way they want, sooner or later we all will have Visa in hand to celebrate and do support others what we have experienced to keep them motivated

Best of luck

Timz

Waitoolong, Thks for your reply. We are all confused and patiently waiting for some good news from NVC.

Dont worry things gonna be alright.. id had been in supervisor review since july i dont know for sure why

But in my experienced nothing to worry about when you put in supervisor reviewed just keep calling NVC and if you already got 3 N/A i think it wont be much longer till your case complete also ...

My scan date is 28th of May i put on supervisor reviewed since 16th of july and got case complete 6th of november.

We have similar timelines. Our original scan date's May 18th, put on supervisor review June 25th and got case complete November 4th. Maybe we had the same incompetent supervisor?! Hoping we both get our interview dates soon too. :)

How do you check if case complete? I see a lot of post that mention that they get 3 N/A's but not sure what that means. Please explain exactly what is listed on the CEAC website and what are the 3 N/A's? Sorry if this question has already been asked and answered before.

Usually when you have case complete, the AOS fee changes from Paid to N/A. Once we saw that on the CEAC website, we called NVC and got our case complete confirmed. The three N/As refer to AOS fee, AOS & Financial Documents and Civil Documents. If you log into the CEAC website and these three areas show N/A, it usually means your case is complete at NVC.

It's rare that you'll have the three N/As without having case complete but unfortunately, it does happen. :(

I can see you've had a long visa journey so far, same as my husband and I. We are 14 months and counting into the visa journey and we were stuck at NVC for eight months, so I know how hopeless everything feels for you right now. We were in your position just five days ago, wondering what we did wrong, thinking we would never get case complete... And then all of the sudden, case complete and our whole world changed. Don't give up, you will get case complete, just hang in there.

I hope your case completes soon but if your reach past day 42 of supervisor review, get your Senator involved immediately. We didn't get case complete until our Senator got involved.
