What I find interesting about this whole debacle is, outside of VOL who's made it clear as day he will vote for Trump, all of the other folks who walk the conservative line so to speak love bashing the candidates on the Democratic ticket, but are ever so hesitate to say who they would vote for on their own team.

If I voted on the right, the only candidate I'd be comfortable with would be Rubio. From what I've seen(if I wrong, correct me) he's not too extreme on issues.

What Will Guide Marco’s Foreign Policy?
Rubio-AmericanStrength-Post-892x400.jpg

American strength is a means of preventing war, not promoting it. Weakness, on the other hand, is the friend of danger and the enemy of peace. Since the end of the Cold War, the threats facing America have changed, but the need for American strength has not. It has only grown more pressing as the world has grown more interconnected. Today, as never before, foreign policy is domestic policy.

It is up to our next president to right the wrongs done by our current one. It is up to our next president to properly fund and modernize our military. It is up to our next president to restore our people’s faith in the promise and power of the American ideal.

Three Pillars of the Rubio Doctrine:

American Strength

• Undo the damage caused by sequestration by returning to Secretary Gates’ fiscal year 2012 budget baseline.

• Modernize our forces to remain on the cutting edge of the land, sea, air, cyberspace, and outer space domains.

• Empower our intelligence community by permanently extending Section 215 of the Patriot Act.

American Prosperity

• Complete the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) and Trans-Atlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP).

• Oppose any violations of international waters, airspace, cyberspace, or outer space.

American Values

• Demand that China allow true freedom for its 1.3 billion people.

• Call the source of atrocities in the Middle East by its real name: radical Islam.

too extremely vague for me. give more money to military. more money to corporations. question, how is demanding china allow 'true freedom' for its citizens an 'american value'?

Thanks for the clarification. There goes my vote. Guess it's Sanders 2016 for me.

You can read more on Rubio here. He claims to accept the law of Roe v. Wade but as you read further he wants to put many conditions on it such as ultrasounds before every abortion and no gov't funding for abortions as well.

You and Teddy cleared up my perceptions. Thanks for that.

BTW, you given any thought to my proposition? We'll throw in Bill Cosby as a bonus

I don't know how any woman can vote republican. I know there are some who would never consider abortion, but taking that choice away is wrong as well.

I was one of the first to jump on the Trump Train

Many months later he is still in the lead and looking like a lock for Republican Presidential Nominee

Jeb has basically dropped of the map, I still am a fan of Cruz and I like Carson (but too soft spoken for me).

It will be good when the debates get down to a few people, way too many people on stage right now.

Trump 2016..........

Jeb is married to a Hispanic woman. Knew he wasn't going to last when the Republican fan base is anti-everything other than white and Christian affiliation. Edited by Janelle2002

The wife and I decided we'll move into our boat and dock it somewhere we don't have to pay taxes if Trump is elected CIC (Clown in Chief)...

And the irony is that Trump married an illegal immigrant... Go figure...

A white illegal immigrant

Fixed that for you. This is permissible

Trump, while I was hesitant at first, now has more of support than anyone else on the stupid politician side.

Sanders, while I do not believe for a moment that he can implement all his promised plans without killing us with taxes or raising the debt ceiling (again), would get my vote on the other stupid politician side. At least he's not a multimillionaire who is as out of touch with reality as is Hillary.
