I just came back from spending 15 amazing days with my girlfriend. Long so try short, we've been talking for over 2 years, finally net and both want to pursue marrige and visa.

Now I had her fill out the form she has to fill out. We got a passport photo for her. I'm back in the states and am starting to put the package together.

For the letter of consent does it have to have her signature? It's going to be a pain to send it to her and her send it back to me.

I'll be sending the package in at the end of the month, when is the AOS to be completed? With me not sending it in until almost december, I'd like to use this year's w-2 as I made quite a bit more than last year, still over the 125%. Thanks for the help everyone.

11/30: Sent I-129F package to Dallas Lockbox

12/01: Petition recieved and signed

12/03: NOA1 text recieved @4:23pm

12/03: NOA1 Email recieved, sent to CSC

12/07: NOA1 hard copy recieved

It has to be the original signature for the consent letter, that's what we did when we sent our K1 petition. I suggest that you write it now and send it to her asap. I just wrote it down in a word document, signed it, printed it and sent it to my-then fiancé with all the documents needed (passport and birth certificate photocopies). You should ask her to send it priority mail.

Wrote up a letter of intent and emailed her it, she'll be sending it to me signed along with passport sized photo.

I meant the affidavit of support, not adjustment of status. When I send her the copy of the i-129f when I receive the NOA2 aling with affidavit of support can it be a few paystubs as well as a read only copy of my 1040, it has my name, address and social. Hoping I'll receive the NOA2 when I receive this year's w-2 as I made way more. Thanks everyone.

She should also sign her G325a form.

Already done, did that there, didn't realize she had to sign the letter of intent.
