I have contacted them thru their email service and had great response from them but my question is.... Do they restart our case anytime they get an email? Concerned because we've yet to get an interview date.

We gave mid December as a wedding date. Just getting impatient. I know they have 6 weeks to give you an interview date. Medical was October 6 and readiness form was sent on the 7th.

So that's three weeks and most hear from them in that time. If nothing by the end of the week, ring up NVC and ask them if a date has been assigned yet. Sometimes they don't want to help, but try to sweet talk it out of them. Give them reasons like London does not accept phone calls, you are so worried the mail got redirected because you have had problems with the carrier for months, you waited on the phone an hour for him to answer and now he's dismissing you without looking at your file to see if a date has been set. Good luck.
