I sent our packet to the DF embassy October 21st. They received it the next day. The first notice of action(NOA1) was dated October 23, 2014 and the second notice of action(NOA2) was dated October 29. It was approved. I was still waiting for the letters to arrive but after waiting 3 weeks and reading here that some others were told by the embassy they would not mail letters to petitioners living outside the US. I called USCIS in DF today to inquire about receiving the NOA's in the mail. I was told they will not be mailing out a hard copy of the notifications and that in order to receive anything I needed send an email to mexico.uscis@uscis.dhs.gov with the petitioners full name and date of birth as well as the beneficiary full name and date of birth. They emailed me a couple of hours later!
