EAD RENEWAL:

2. Your A# is also known as your USCIS#, this number is 9 digits with dashes every 3rd digit example. 123-456-789

3.You got this when your I-765 was approved and you were sent your card. At the top of the piece of paper your EAD was attached it says "Use this section to speed your application for an extension or replacement card." It also said in bold black letters " IMPORTANT INFORMATION-SAVE THIS MAILER". If you have misplaced this I am not sure how you can get a copy, I would call USCIS at the customer service #.

OTHER DETAILS:

1. No additional fees, as you are applying under category ©(9) Adjustment Applicant. This is in section 7 as well as under the Filing fee heading and then under Renewal EAD in bold subsection 4

2. Address is:

For U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Deliveries:

USCIS

PO Box 660867

Dallas, TX 75266

For Express mail and courier deliveries:

USCIS

Attn: AOS

2501 S. State Hwy. 121 Business

Suite 400

Lewisville, TX 75067

Hope this helps

Follow up question, is it the same name that I will be putting the money order? Thanks.

From the instructions for form I-765:

Make the check or money order payable to U.S.Department of Homeland Security.

NOTE: Spell out U.S. Department of Homeland Security; do not use the initials "USDHS" or "DHS."

Eighteen years in the US and I still don't understand Velveeta, TV ads for prescription drugs, only getting 2 weeks paid vacation, or why anyone believes anything they see on Fox "News".

Hello again, the payment is still the same for renewal for $380.00 right?

Just want to make sure.

Thanks for the reply.

Use the link in the previously provided form instructions to verify.
