Hello All,

I have paid AOS fee and submiyyed I864 alongwith required financial document months ago. I have been stuck there since then as I can't pay the IV fee online. There is no option to pay under "IV Application Processing Fees. It shows "Total Amount Selected: $0.00 and 'pay selected' button is gray/inactive. What am I supposed to do now? Can I complete and submit DS-260 and supporting documents before I pay the IV fee?

Thank you in advance.

Your IV fee isn't invoiced because they haven't reviewed your DS-261 yet. You should call NVC and request that they review it over the phone and invoice the fee. Once it's invoiced, you'll be able to pay the fee and complete the DS-260.

Hello Teeak,

Thank you for your advice. As you advised I called and they made it live within a week. Now I am in the process of competing the IV form and preparing supporting civil documents to mail out. But where would I get the barcoded cover sheet for the civil documents? No new cover sheet was generated after my IV fee payment. Should I use the same coversheet that I used for AOS documents? Please advise.

Thank you in advance

When you click the 'paid' button or 'in process' under the IV fee, it should lead you to a receipt page. Click 'select' next to the transaction date of the IV fee. Scroll down and click 'print document cover sheet'

Teeak,

Couple questions-

In DS260

1. What to answer to question 'Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with US law"? Should it be 'yes' since the applicant will be vaccinated and will receive documentation right before the interview?

2.Should be 'Zila' in Bangladesh be considered as province in the form or should I check 'does not apply'

Thank you

If you are at the stage with NVC and isn't vaccinated don't put Y for that. Before interview they will ask you to get vaccines anyway so state the correct and current statement.

If you come backward of your address, the format could be Country, State (bibhag), city (district/ki law) and rest of the address. Province is more like bibhag (Dhaka, Chittagong, Khulna....). That's what I would do.
