2RFEs on same issue (birth certificate)

Good people I urgently need your advise.

7/19/15 - submitted i485,130,765,131

7/22/15 - received at USCIS

8/7/15 - RFE 1

9/22/15 - RFE response was received

10/29/14 - RFE 2

My case goes thus; when I submitted 485 copies of hosiptal birth record (mid wife certificate) and letter of attestation to birth from government agency in my country were included. RFE 1 states that the letter submitted doesn't include one of the following; legible seal, legible stamp, signature with designation as secretary, Registrar, birth & death. So I thought the photocopy of the letter was not clear enough. I responded to the RFE with a clearer copy. RFE 2 was issued on the same issue. The RFE 2 quotes a statement that I was thinking they are asking for originals of 2 documents stated above. When I read some guidelines thou not from this forum....it was stated that affidavit from the parents should be included.

My question: are the 2 documents I have with me; (hospital birth record - mid-wife certificate & letter of attestation to birth from a Govt agency) enough for the response to the RFE2 or I still need to include affidavit from both parents..

You response is highly appreciated.

For me, I think you need to get a new one for that docs and it should be sealed again or certified true copy. it's better that you send the original copy for that. or else ask for a copy of the hospital birth record then let them sealed/ask for a certified true copy. then passed it to the USCIS because in the xerox copy, sometimes they are very strict about the certified true copy

Get somebody in naija to help you get an attestation of age from the National Population Commission in the state where you have family.

This should help.

If whatever age declaration document is not from the National Population Commission it MAY never be accepted.
