Hi

When I first filed for AOS I only filed for EAD but not AP, I wsnt to do that now and I have a few questions anout it:

Where do I send it? In tthe instuction it says to send it to the chocago lock box, but all the other things I had to send them (RFE, replacement EAD) I had to send to lee's summit, so where should I send it?

What kind of evidence do I have to submit? So far I just followed the instructions and all it says is: passport, K1 entry stamp/visa, birth and marriage certificate and the receipt for my pending AOS application is that enough or do they need all the photos and relationship evidence again?

Tbanks!

The instructions list what is required. I-131 states you need an official ID The biometrics page of your passport works for this, Proof of current status. You can use a copy of your K-1 visa and entry stamp from your passport. Also, 2 passport photos See Pages 7-9 > http://www.uscis.gov.../i-131instr.pdf

You need to include a copy of your I-485 NOA filing receipt in order to have the fee waived.
