Family Of Dead Robber Whines That Hero Concealed Carrier Is At Fault

Reginald Gildersleeve was a loser in life who had been in and out of prison since the 1980s. He didnt make is real mark on the world until his Halloween swan song, however, when he was shot and killed by a concealed carrier while committing an armed robbery in Chicago.

The concealed carrier was quickly exonerated by Chicago authorities, much to the dismay of liberals nationwide who long championed the citys strict anti-gun policies, despite the resulting third-world body counts.

Gildersleeves victims were far happier with the concealed carriers decision to shoot the serial felon:

Pina Cabrales wasnt at her currency exchange store Saturday evening, when police say a 55-year-old man pulled out a gun and attempted a robbery. But her two teenage sons were, she said, and shes grateful to God for the customer who allegedly shot and killed the robber at close range.

Around 7 p.m. Saturday, police said, Reginald Gildersleeve walked into Agencia Mexicana, 2701 W. 51st St., pointed a gun and demanded money, police said. Another man, who owns a concealed carry license, then pulled out his own gun and shot Gildersleeve to death.

Cabrales called the man, a first-time customer trying to send a money order, an angel from heaven.

All I know is that someone came in here threatening my sons, and this angel used a gun he was allowed to carry, and he saved them, Cabrales said.

Not everyone is happy with how the event turned out, including the anti-gun Washington Post and Gildersleeves family.

[stepson Igbinosa] Oronsaye suggested Gildersleeve could have been apprehended without being killed and appeared to call for charges against the shooter with the concealed weapon.

Some people dont actually know how to use guns, he told the Tribune. They go to firing ranges, but its not the same as a bullet going into someones body, its not the same as a bullet going into flesh. They should be able to wound first, kill next. He didnt deserve to get shot multiple times.

You just took a brother, you just took a father from a lot of people. Somebodys got to answer for that.

The concealed carrier in this instance did exactly as he would be trained by any professional defensive firearms instructor.

He fired multiple shots until the violent threatyour felonious stepfatherceased to be a threat with the weapon he was pointing at an innocent victims head.

It was your criminal stepfathers decision to put lives at risk here, and he alone is responsible for his death.

Stop making excuses, and stop trying to justify the actions of a violent serial criminal that has been in and out of prison for victimizing numerous people in his predatory life.

Accept the fact that your stepfather was a thug, and that he earned each and ever bullet that went into his body.

The rules are simple.

Dont start none. Wont be none.
