Hi everyone !

After a long wait our case is complete at NVC, and I don't know if I should be happy and exited ! Or strong and patient since all the post right here are talking about the waiting with NVC!

Please can someone answer my questions please!

1-How much it take to the NVC To forward our case to the embassy?

2-What's the package that we're going to receive? and what kind of methods are they going to use, is it by mail or email ?

Please let me as soon as possible !

1) What is the status of your petition with NVC?

If it say "Ready" then they have forwarded your petition to the embassy in your beneficiary's country.

Wait 2 weeks and contact them to see how they handle scheduling of interviews.

2) It depends as each embassy does things differently.

Here's a link to their website (Look for I-129F section): http://armenia.usembassy.gov/immigrant_required_documents.html

3) Follow this flowchart to get an idea of where you are in the process and what's next: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1flow

1-How much it take to the NVC To forward our case to the embassy? <----depend on the country, might take up to 2 months.

2-What's the package that we're going to receive? and what kind of methods are they going to use, is it by mail or email ? <---just an email telling you the interview date.

You came to NVC in August and you have case complete now, that's a really short "wait" at NVC so count yourself lucky. :)

If you log into https://ceac.state.govand choose "check my visa application status", to see where your visa case is currently at. E.g. at NVC or Ready.

What country will you be interviewing at? That has a big impact on how long you'll have to wait for your interview.

Congratulations on your case complete.
