I think that after the second Iraq war the vast majority wanted out of the middle east. Obama wasn't elected after all to pass obamacare. He was elected, along with lots of new members of congress, to shut the war down.

Unfortunately when people there carry their violence to us and to our allies we have to deal with it. Nobody wants to, but I am coming to believe that it has to be done.

Whatever we felt Iran was or stood for, these people are worse. I have come to believe that in this case our "allies" around the middle east are supporting the wrong side and our "enemies" in Russia and Iran are supporting the right one.
