Again, you want to point out muslim countries and leave out countries of other religions.

I do not believe that there are countries out there who have declared the bible or any other book as their constitution and charge crimes, resolve disputes in court, and impose penalties from it.

I listed non-Muslim countries. I also listed China, where religion is, for the most part, banned. Noticed you took my list, cut out China and India, and republished it with only the Muslim countries then accused me of only listing Muslim countries. Must be another sign of losing.

NOTE: On the issue of china, I wouldn't vote for a commie either.

I am not religious. I was in Jeddeh back in 2012 and I saw a guy pull his shoe off in public and beat the hell out of the woman who was walking with him. Guess they were arguing or something and she said the wrong thing. Could have been his wife, could have been his daughter. Who knows, because by law she was in a shapeless black robe or abayah and her face was fully covered except for a little slit for her eyes. She was covered like that because if she was out and not covered like that the Muttawa, or religious police, will take a whip to her and beat her for that too. Neither her husband/father or that religious policeman are doing anything wrong here.

That is an example of why I would not vote a Muslim for office.

Here are some more examples:

Women in the West drive because they don't mind being raped according to this learned scholar

No label, no name calling like "Islamophobe", no labeling as "christian" (that's funny), no stupid comparisons using examples of ancient Jewish mosaic law is going to change that or make me feel guilty about it. You look stupid trying to protect a group whose religious teachings raise them to truly believe that if you are out driving around by yourself and you get raped you were asking for it and don't mind it and compare that to anywhere that has a legal system that declares rape wrong, spells out punishment for it, charges and convicts rapists.

For someone who's not interested, you seem to have a lot to say about it.

There's this thing called separation of church and state here in the US. If a Muslim were to be elected President, he/she would be bound to uphold the Constitution. So your reasoning is kind of off kilter. Unless you think a Muslim president would replace everyone on the cabinet with Muslims and try to impose Sharia Law?

There are plenty of Muslims that don't believe in following the more extreme tenants of their faith, just like many other religious groups who do the same thing.

I'm glad to have Hillary running. If she lived in other Christian nations she would be kidnapped and a farmer instead of a prominent politician.

Not the point. Stay with it.

The democrats elected a black president, twice. When was the last time the GOP had a person of color or a woman be president?

They have one leading the race right now but again not the point. Take a good look at the dems(talk about "old white people). Now take a look at the GOP. Where's the diversity, libs?

Ain't interested in a president who stands for things like women's rights because he's "bound" to, I want a president who stands for things like women's rights because he believes that standing for women's rights is the right and moral thing to do.

Same reason I won't vote for whats his name from Arkansas. We don't need a conservative religious fundamentalist in the white house either.

+1000!!

We don't need any sort of religion in the Oval. That office is not a place for mythology and witchcraft.

What's the point Ortiz? We have a black Democratic President. There's the diversity. Where is a minority president on the GOP side? Not the one leading the polls, but the one who WON and became president.

Take your time with that.

All Muslims aren't religious fundamentals. A Muslim can stand for women rights. Don't know why you can't see that.

Seems he's stuck on Hillary and Bernie. I can see why Hillary would be confused for an old rich white man.
