student visa and f4 visa

I am in 4th yr b.parma (last year) in India. My uncle has filed f4 visa for my family and I am still eligible for nxt 9 months.

qustn 1- In this case can i apply for student visa? i wish to study ms in pharmaceutics or in core pharma subjects only.

qusnt 2-After i turn 21 can i apply for student visa or work visa if a get an appointment letter from any usa company or hospital??

remember, that in order to get a student visa, you will have to convince the CO that you will return to your own country after completion of studies.....with your entire family in the US, what will you offer as proof of that statement?(and no, a job letter for something years in the future is worthless)
