I'm still waiting for a decision on our I-130. We got an RFE after bad advice regarding bona fide evidence - apparently Canada isn't such a low-fraud country that they'll accept affidavits like I was told. I am feeling really discouraged. It looks like your process has gone way faster, though, so that's good!

Hi Everyone - I am petitioning for my husband to come to the States, he is in Canada. We recieved an RFE from Nebraska last week. 4 days before our 5 month mark at processing. The RFE was for passport photos of me and my husband, of course we sent those in with our original paperwork. Maybe they lost them, who knows. Anyway we sent new photos this week, so hopefully we will hear some good news (an approval) soon from Nebraska.
