Hey Steve,

Did you get a email or text notification from USCIS? Or did you only get the oath letter in the mail today? I was approved the same day your wife was at the San Francisco office and I haven't gotten any kind of electronic notification from USCIS. I'm at work so I haven't had the chance to check my mail today.

We received an email and text notification of mailing on March 30th and the official hard copy of the Oath appointment today in the mail from the NBC in Lee's Summit, MO. We had both email and text notifications turned on through MyUSCIS.

We had our interview today (San Francisco), and my wife passed. The interviewer stated that the oath letter invitation will arrive in 4-8 weeks.

Congrats!

We had our interview today in Seattle, and my wife passed! I don't know all the specifics about the interview, but I know that the interviewer looked at all the documents we brought (drivers license, green card, my passports and her passports, and marriage license), and took the tax returns. The six questions she got were:

1. What did the Declaration of Independence do?

2. Name one branch of the government?

3. We elect a Senator for how many years?

4. If both the President and Vice President can no longer serve, who becomes President?

5. What does the President's Cabinet do?

6. How many justices are on the Supreme Court?

Now we wait for the oath date. We can see the light at the end of the tunnel! :)

Got a text(but no email) stating that my case has been updated. Logged on to myuscis account and it says I have been placed in line to be scheduled for my oath ceremony. Hopefully I get the notification soon saying my oath has been scheduled!!! :)
