HI ALL.

Im a US LPR petiitoning my spouse who is a foreign worker in Canada. My husband's case is being forwarded in Montreal, after submitting all the docs and almost complete I was asked to provide his legal papers in Canada that is valid for 6 months the time it was received in NVC. To be exact, the validity of his papers the time I sent and they received it is 5 months and 18 days. Do they give considerations? If not does it mean he will be sent back home in PHILIPPINES? Are there other options? Thanks much all.
