Confused on ds 261

I submitted the ds-261 and paid AOS the same day but i havent recieved and email or nothing im confused at this point .should i be expecting an email from nvc !! AOS shows paid and DS-261 shows as completed.... How long after that should i be expexting the IV fees to be posted

Approximately two weeks after completing the DS 261 and paying the AOS fee, we received an email from the NVC with the invoice for IV fee.

Ivan, I found in some of the other topics that you can call the NVC and ask if they can review the DS-261 over the phone with you. This seems to be speeding things up with the IV fee and DS-260 becoming available.

I did the phone review myself yesterday with Aubrey (very friendly rep at NVC). Keeping my fingers crossed to have the IV fee available in a few days.

And it worked, I was able to pay my IV fee this afternoon.

Now waiting on the DS-260 to be available to complete :-)
