The tax returns you are providing for the sponsor, are they the transcripts or the actual returns? If you are providing the actual returns then you'll also need to include W2s.

Well, you're only required to submit the most recent years tax returns but, since you're submitting all 3 years then you should submit all 3 years W2s.

Taxes for 2015 haven't been filed yet and won't be required until April of next year.

Thanks for that, i will make sure he gets all 3 years W2. Going through the list do you find anything else that i could be missing? or could you think of another document that i could add that you feel could help me prevent any checklist? thanks.

Nope, everything else looks good!

Is your sponsor married or did they file taxes 'married filing jointly'? If so, you may want to provide an I-864A since I've seen a few people on here receive denials at their interview requesting them to bring the spouse's I-864A even though the spouses don't have an income.
