How long to wait for IL after CC for F3?

Hello guys, my F3 PD - 08/nov/2004...my case is completed at 13/oct/2015... is PD still matter after CC or i will get IL sooner than i get close to my PD? Someone, clear it for me, please? Thanks.

November visa bulletin in at 15 June 2004. You can keep track at the link below as to when you PD is current as for scheduling of your interview hopefully someone from you country can give you specifics as to how this is done.

In my country once my PD was current I got a P4 letter indicating the interview attendee(s), date, time and location as well as information for having the medical done and any additional information you need to bring to the interview also. Just a reminder that the medical is also only valid for six months so if you are planning to staying in your country for a while once visa is granted it is advisable to do it as close as possible to your interview date.

Be reminded if you are carrying original documents to your interview that you would like to be returned to you, you should also have copies of these items.
