They told you that if you want to withdraw the joint sponsor you must do so in writing, not via the phone.

It would be better/safer if you simply submit a new I-864 from your spouse showing the updated income information. Be sure to include recent paystubs and an employer letter as evidence of the earnings claim. If your spouse's affidavit is accepted then the joint sponsor's documents will not be considered. But, if the interviewing officer isn't satisfied with your spouse's income then you have the joint sponsor to help you make up the income shortfall and get the visa. In the meantime get whatever documentation is requested for the joint sponsorso that you are fully prepared.

I would not withdraw the Joint Sponsor.

While a job that is 2 days old puts your wife over the 125% poverty line, it is not a well established source of income. It's new, so it may not be given the same weight as a job that she has had for a long time.

Today I talk nvc rep again about our sitution she said send hard mail copy of state all this to make ur case complete.cos the joint also makin not enough money to sponsor me.joint sponsor is 4 person ,husband wife and 2 young kids, husband wife to gather make 32000 .if thy I include me total 5 person thy have to b above 33000 .thts what nvc said also in there checklist to find new joint sponsor cos might b consular officer not accept our joint sponsor,

So when case will b complete and will send for interview it will took about 2 month so untill then I have job latter plus her few pay stubs too.
