Ceac case status

Helloo guys

I have had my interview on nov 28th but I have checked my visa status on ceac and still said READY for interview . How long will it take till it changes to ISSUE? The co told me that I can pick up my passport in 10 days from dhl office and My fiance have booked the ticket for nov 15 . Should I b worried ?

Im sure you meant Oct 28th. we are on the same boat..I had my interview on the 28th as well and my ceac status updated twice on the 29th and 30th and it still showing READY. i dont know what that means, its frustrating

Yes I meant oct 28. Ceac updated 0n 29 and today 2nd but still shows ready . I also don't know what that means.its really furstrating . Did the co told u when u will b able to pick up ur passport ?

They told me 7-10 days i should be contacted by DHL but until today still nothing

Same here. But toady called the embassy and was told that I will get an email from the embassy when it's ready to pick up with some kinda number that I will take to dhl. Guess we gotta wait n c. If something is up let me know

I had mine on the 28th and my daughter's K2 is saying ISSUED but mine is still in AP. Not sure what this means

I don't understand how my 7 year old can be ISSUED without mine being issued first. I can't wait until all this stress is behind us ?

I feel you on that. If urs already in ap I'm sure It will b issue soon . the end of this week or for sure next week. Trust me can't wait till over

my interview was on 27th, updated today - still says ready. We were told we were approved and should get everything back in 2 weeks.

We all are in the same boat.hope to hear something soon . I'm feeling the same way .i also heard bout can still be given 221-g even after an approval . Keep prayin that's all we can do for now

I emailed the embassy today asking about my visa (today my ceac status was updated again to READY ) and I received this automated message:

Thank you for contacting the US Consulate Naples regarding your Immigrant Visa (IV) question.

The Department of State’s Bureau of Consular Affairs is currently experiencing technical problems with our overseas passport and visa systems. This issue is not specific to any particular country, citizenship document, or visa category. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working urgently to correct the problem and restore full operability.

As I heard there is diff kind of 221-g but I guess 221- (g) is the applicant failed to bring some information or document, or some further procedure or review by the consulate office

so the Italian embassy replied today with this:

Good Morning,

Your visa has not been printed yet due to technical issues. You will receive an email from DHL once the passport and visa are ready for pick up/delivery.

and also my CEAC status has been updated today to Ap (administrative processing) Im not sure at this point what that means
