After CEAC said issued, my passport came two days after :goofy:

However they messed up and wrote my dads name as petitioner and not my fiance? I have no idea how that happened -.- but now I have to figure out a way how to fix this. I realized too late and booked a ticket for this Friday.

UUUUUUUUUUUUUUGHHHHHHHH.

I don't want to pay to reschedule my flight :crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying:

No my appointment was sept 15th :P I had just been in AP for a couple weeks.

Also I'm not 100% sure but I think you may be using the wrong number. Usually the number starts off with three letters and the 2015 and then a 6 digit number.

DV cases are numbered differently than other cases, so it is not 3 letters at the start but the year.

About the case no.

First 3 letters refer to your country -> for tirana, Albania it's TIA

THAN ITS THE YEAR 2015

Than the 3 numbers refer to the date that your case is sent to the embassy / consulate . For ex. If it is sent to the consulate on the 125 days of the year, it means from January 1-st - April 25 there are 125 days, so your case will have these 3 numbers

The 3 last numbers show the order that the case has been open that day at the embassy. Ex . If your case is the second one to be opened, than the numbers will be 002

Altogether the number will be: ex. TIA 2015 125 002

Hope I have explain it well.
