Hi Everyone, Last Oct. 28, 2015 me and my hubby finally put an end to our 9 years dating relationship and now officially are very married! :)

I just have few questions and concerns that worries me. My allowed stay as a Tourist is due before January 1, 2016. Looking at our circumstances i am worried that we might not be able to file AOS until maybe end of January or First week of February because,

First, My Hubby is still unemployed at the moment, although he got some Job offers recently, we are waiting for a better offer (we don't want to settle for less) but we are confident that he will have good paying job that will cover both of us. So my scenario and concerns are:

1. Once we file AOS my hubby will still be too fresh in his new job therefore might only be able to show 1-2 month of pay slips. Is this enough proof along with Employer/Employment Letter? As much as possible i don't like to get a co-sponsor because i don't want to cause too much trouble for that person gathering their personal income taxes and/or forms but if my hubby's scenario wouldn't be enough then we have no choice.

2. From my First topic posted i already anticipated that i will be out of status for a month or maybe 2 before we'll be able to file AOS and some of people here said it is okay just as long as we file as soon as we can, but what are the consequences if we can't file right away and I'm out of status for more than 2 months? Any of you have the same scenario of being married but out of status then eventually filed AOS and been Approved still?

I'm asking this questions just to have an idea and ease my worries. Thank you so much in advance.
