Hi!!! I am sorry. I was silently lurking this page. They have received my I-751 at Nov. 10. I just received my approval notice tonight. No greencard yet. Keeping my fingers closed till I have greencard in my hands.

VSC. You know what, its funny. Until now my online status has not changed. Still has on november 10 we have received blah blah blah... Now I'm scared

Excellent news, I also have a NOA of 11/10, so hopefully I'll get approval or some notice soon. Let us know when you get the green card and update your timeline as that helps other VJ users

I will let you know when the card arrives. I hope yours will be coming soon. This journey is so nerve wrecking. I just want to wait for my 5 year before citizenship. I was so drained by this whole thing. I lost my extension letter too so I am so anxious. This blog is so helpful, letting you know you are in the same boat with a lot of people.

Hello all! Just want to update you again. So I have received my approval letter on 9/30. I have been checking my online status every now and then. So it changed now to "my new card is being produced". I will let you know guys when I have the GC in my hands.

We were approved! NOA 11/3/15, approval letter dated 9/30/16, mailed 10/5, received 10/8. We did not have an RFE or interview. Our USCIS case status page has not been updated as of 10/11.

In case anyone wonders this is the list of documents that I had sent:

  • Copies of our passports and my green card
  • A copy of the lease of our car, showing joint ownership.
  • Copies of car insurance notice, showing a joint policy (for a span of 1.5 years, included 3 for each half year)
  • Copies of our health insurance cards showing a joint policy
  • Bank statements of our joint account (for a span of 2 years, included 8 statements for each quarter)
  • Copies of the tax returns for 2013 and 2014
  • Copy of Marriage Certificate
  • A copy of 401k from my work, showing that my wife is listed as the beneficiary
  • Copies of our various credit cards showing a joint account
  • Two sworn affidavits by U.S. citizen family members, attesting to our relationship and marriage
  • Pictures of us with family members taken during different vacations within last two years

I also sent another package on May 23, 2016 (USCIS did not ask) just thought it would be good to include before they give RFE :idea:

  • Tax Transcript for 2013, 2014 and 2015
  • Proof of joint student loan
  • Copy of wife's recent Passport and Passport card
  • Job Verification letter from our employers
  • Copies of car insurance notice, showing a joint policy (Second Car)
  • Bank statements of our joint account from November, 2015 to May, 2016

We have been approved on 08/15. Please update our info ... :idea:

I called USCIS today to get an update of the status of the production of my GC. I was told that my file has not been updated since I filed for the removal of conditions.... :cry: Representative advised me to all back tomorrow to speak with a level 2.

So i called this morning ,he said my case is still pending and everything look good he doesn't any note. He did submitted the request and told me I should here something by Nov 3. Any Experience guys?
