Anymore CSC filers awaiting a response? I filed 27th Nov, no RFE request or any other communication either. Getting a bit worried!

Another reason for delays except for security checks is even more clear. Count months left to pres. elections. So all these not approved even if the have chance to file for the citizenship now they will be not yet there to vote. So no big deal, you are not voters, can sit and wait.

That;s weird. 1 month already passed to answer. There is usually one main quote of what they want and the list of all stuff again. What they said they didn't find in your proof as main thing?

We sent in our Tax forms and a couple of bank statements.

They told us that the statements did not cover the whole period of our marriage and they needed ALL the TAX forms.

And we sent tax forms but were asked W2 forms. Docs were sent and they seems got it 3 weeks ago. Right before weekend called to ask if they got it really as post confirmed(it's PO box address indeed). Said will get call back. Officer called me and when I asked about possible worries for getting there RFE answer, got a question"what RFE? The system shows last update was only biometrics taken":-) But was nice and polite and said will sent request with the respond inside 2 weeks.

Just called about my case, i filed 5th November 2015, i wasn't aware that the receipt number was the one on the Biometrics

(which i had in December) appointment letter, which i don't have any more, i thought it was the one in the I 797!

They were unable to tell me the biometrics receipt number as they had been told not to put anyone through to an officer ? However she did tell me that the Vermont Service Center was working on the 3rd week in July at the moment.

Is this just ####### to put me off and make me cal back or does it sound about right ? I haven't heard anything since biometrics in December.

Hi Everyone:

When is considered the filing date of I-751 (remove conditions on residence)? Is the date USCIS receives the paper work, the date we sign on the I-751 form or the date I mail it?

Because husband and I prepared early and already signed the form. My green card will not expire until 11-08-2016. Would that work? Or we should sign and date with 90 days of my green card expiry date?
