Hi guys, wow I did not know to there is a topic like that well you can add me California. I am actually from Cyprus and I have Cyprus passport but I am Turkish Cypriot and my native language is Turkish so that is why I choose Turkey as my country.

Me and my ex-wife, we divorced 3 months before I sent my I-751. I sent a lot of documents, photos etc. (I want to write a long post about everything may be it will help others but not now. Now I am at work). After 6 days of mailing my papers I get one year extension and 30th of December I did my biometrics. After that I did not hear anything from USCIS.So still waiting waiting...

11/27/2013: (DAY 01) Package received at Chicago Lockbox and signed for by CHYBA
12/03/2013: (DAY 06) 4 Emails received,no texts....Checks cashed
12/13/2013: (DAY 16) Hard copies of NOAs received in the mail.
12/17/2013: (DAY 20) Biometrics letter received for 01/06/2014
12/19/2013: (DAY 22) Walk-in biometrics successfull.01/06/2014: Scheduled Biometrics Appointment
12/24/2013: (DAY 27) Notification (email & text) that I-485 changed to testing and interview.

01/31/2014: (DAY 65) Text & Email stating that EAD card was ordered.

01/31/2014: (DAY 65) Text and Email Stating that AP was approved.

02/03/2014: (DAY 68) Card production ordered again(Text and Email)

02/05/2014: (DAY 70) Text and Email stating that interview will be March 11.

Hello friends,

Have anyone received any letter or update or RFE or interview notice or anything?

Seems like the processing time is 6 months for CA service center and its been more than 5 months.

I am a November filer as well (Nov 17th, 2015).

Is there any one who filed with waiver - battered spouse / extreme cruelty ?

I wanted to share the good new that My case status is updated to "New Card Is Being Produced: On April 21, 2016, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number WACxxxxxxxxxxxx, and will mail it to the address you gave us....."

Filed for I-751 on November 07, 2015 with CSC.

NOA on Novemebr 09, 2015.

Biometrics on Decmeber 16, 2015.

Got update on uscis website "card/document production ordered on April 21, 2016"

Hope this will excite other vyers who filed in November 2015 or before.

Filed for I-751 on November 07, 2015 with CSC.

Biometrics on Decmeber 16, 2015.

Got update on uscis website "card/document production ordered on April 21, 2016"

10/31/2015 I-751 Waiver sent (almost month and a half late)

11/02/2015 NOA

12/03/2015 Biometrics

06/02/2016 RFE received (dated 05/27/2016)

07/05/2016 RFE sent (delivered 07/08/2016)

07/18/2016 New card ordered

07/25/2016 approval letter + tracking number

07/26/2016 Received GC
