Rapid visa scam?

Rapid visa is a scam, the longer they wait to send int your application the more of your money gets to them. So the scam is they say x y and z is missing from your application. So you fix what they say is wrong then after that you get it fixed then they say that they prefer this copy over that copy. Or their beginning instructions say send 5 pics, then after weeks roll by of sending paperwork from thousands of mile they say to send more.

The scam meter went off early on them, so yes I did tap that but I pulled out way early.

That's odd, they have a fixed fee.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

I don't agree. I used them many times. You need to follow their advise so that no more follow-up and sending back and forth of documents.

Nope, the instructions and advice from them are different. Each day you get different answers on what they need in the visa packages.

I just got a message from them stating that I have to prove to the uscis what google is, showing that its not a marriage site since me and my fiance met on Google. I called them after laughing at this then they said for me to get a notarized letter stating what google is.

They also said that a copy of my birth certificate is legit but not enough for the uscis. They also tried to say that my fiance signature wasn't real.

They don't have a fixed rate. They have what is called premium review where they supposedly review it to make sure it looks good. So basically your application can just sit in that stage for weeks while you make payments.

Total scam.

We used Rapid Visa and they've been great. They made this process much easier, I know you can do this on your own, but we didn't want to take the chance with something that's so important. To us, it was worth the cost. Also in they are far cheaper than using an attorney. They will also assist with the A.O.S. process as well.

In the end you have to do what's best for you and yours. I would certainly recommend using them if you're considering them for your visa.

It's not the U.S. that is changing and shifting what evidence they want, it's rapid visa thatn is doing this. The instructions say things and the people worming their say different things. They basically hold your petition and stall sending it.

Example: rapid visa at first assumed that my fiance signature was fake so I told them it is a real signature. The reason they thought it was fake is because they didn't know that her country used english in official document signing.

Maybe rapid visa only knows how to do petitions for certain countries.

Seems odd that you experience is so different. I do not see that they are needed but would never suggest they are not of help to others.

Do you mind sharing what these add on charges were because they are not mentioned on their site and others do not seem to have paid them.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

RapidVisa is actually a great tool to use if you're not good with paper work! OP is very misinformed.

When they hold your petition that means something is incorrect and you need to fix it before they send it off. RapidVisa is a very reliable visa source to use. Cheap and helpful.

Lol, how do you meet someone on Google? Do you Google their name? I play, but in all seriousness, some countries require that, not Rapid Visa. I read on here someone had to do the same thing for Facebook I believe, and it came from the embassy not Rapid Visa... Also, making payments is something I think they offer.. There is a set price and I believe you can pay in installments. I'm sorry, I still don't see what they did wrong????? The birth certificate, they may need a full version of it with a seal. I dunno, something doesn't sound right. And I am sorry you are upset.

I've never used RapidVisa so I do not know how it works. But it feels like a BIG RED FLAG that you're describing more than one thing about RapidVisa that does not seem to be a part of them. Are you sure you're in contact with RapidVisa and not some kind of scamming company trying to be them?
