OMG that is awesome. And thank you so much for the compliment. Now I know for Kingston you guys have a special unique way to get your Visa.

You are all registered at DHL correct And personally I wouldn't buy a ticket until Hubby says I have Visa i hand.

Dwheels this process is totally new for me. In 2004 I petitioned for my mother and the process took 11 months then. This one took approximately 2 yrs. I also agree with you as far as buying his ticket. I told him to take his bag with him when he goes to pick it up and then head straight to the airport......LoL

Don't worry, 42 days is the maximum you should wait. We got a false checklist about my DS -260 last October 6, our case was put into supervisor's review on October 10, and after 19 days, we got a case complete on October 29! So just hang in there. Keep calling NVC , and talk only to a supervisor!! Good luck!!

Thanks Palangga!

Has anyone sent supporting documents to NVC without Passport photos and been approved?

yes.

However my case was expedited, so I am not sure if there is a difference.

But from my understanding...an agent told me on the phone that I did not have to send them passport photos...that is only needed at interview stage now.

Good news for me, my husband called me up this morning and told me he called NVC yesterday requesting to speak with a supervisor. The CR said there was no need speaking with a supervisor that our case has been completed same day 4th November.

He called again and spoke with another CR and was told same thing that our case was completed.

Thanks to everyone here, who kept advising me never to give up. God bless you all!

Hi everyone!

I'm having an issue here.. I'm not able to contact NVC for the past 2 days. When i get through and I have to select 1 for English nothing is happening. The "lady" that speaks Spanish comes through, i press 1 again for English and then the "guy" says: "You may wish to visit our website @ nvc.state.gov. Good bye" #######?

Has anyone else faced this problem before?

We use Google hangouts to call NVC due to long waiting time (603)-334-0700. I just made a call to see if it's working and YES IT'S WORKING, GETTING THROUGH PERFECTLY.
