Now the wait for interview. I don't know if Lagos is done with December but I guess its just a wait and see.

Hi dwheels! sorry, I checked CC Spreadsheet which gives my CC date as 11/05. My CC date is 11/04 (November 4th).

I was approved on October 2nd and NVC received my case on 19th October (:

We filled out the agent form online.. I just wanted to ask what exactly is the next process after paying AOS and IV fee online?

Now you need to pay fees for AOS and then IV. I am still waiting for case number. :(

I must just be really unlucky. I submitted my documents electronically long before you, they lost them, submitted them again before you and I'm stuck with a half case complete while they are creating my electronic file (scanning in USCIS file) and you already have an interview date. I must just be really unlucky.

Thanks. Just a frustrating day. I was hoping to get some good news today for at least a full case complete. But still stuck creating my file. I thought it was kind of a regular backlog but people that have submitted after me are getting done before me. Anyways I could go on a rant by I'm just depressed now. Hopefully I get an early January interview.

Turns out my case has not been started yet.. And they said my scan date is 10/15 haha.. I dont know anymore.. There goes your blessing.. Have a good weekend

the way things are going so far in your case it seems like you will be getting visa in hand within 4 months max. That is still 3 times faster than the average person. So you are still blessed.

called again today was told my case number is still not ready.. cant wait till tomorrow to make another call :)

Hello everyone!! First of all congrats to all of you who got CC! and for those of you still waiting hope you have some good news soon!.

In my case we sent IV and AoS supporting docs of our 3 cases (Husband and 2 daughters) on Nov. 10. Just today I received an email from embassy (only for one case) saying they received them (Scan Date 11/10). Hope to received the same for the other two cases soon, or should I worry about it? What do you say?

Anyone from Argentina that can tell me how they cases went?

Can someone tell me if you filed for children and spouse do you get one case number for all or different case number. At the USCIS we got different receipt number is it the same with NVC.

When filing for the IR1/CR1 along with the IR2/CR2 Visa, know that they are separate applications and they will be processed separately hence different Case numbers assigned for each applicant. Like at USCIS, YES, the NVC will also assign different case and invoice numbers for each of the applicants. You may call to have the cases merged at NVC(even though in most cases this is automatic) so that they will be processed and filed together(back to back) and all have the same interview date.
