I randomly checked CEAC tonight and wow to my surprise, it says issued!

Wow! This journey is soon to be over!

My husband picks up passport with visa in it on Tuesday the 24th, and he flies out the 29th to arrive into my arms on December 1st!! :joy:

Hello guys a little update yesterday I logged in to nvc site and found out that my case is in transit, and i have an appointment for the medical this week so im preparing my self and documents for the interview so my question is should I translate our marriage certificate but the nvc already have our original certificate and translations and i have a copy of the one that we sent to the nvc , and thank you

Not necessary to redo what you did for NV. Plus you are at your countries embassy so they wold know they language.

I am so torn. SHould I call the NVC or not.

I really want to know if we have an Interview date yet or not.

We were put on supervisor review about a month ago...

Soo scared. I don't want to be disappointed again...

I'm not understanding a Supervisor Review a month after Case Complete. Yes you should call to see dd your Case Complete move. Seems not right. Sorry.

to pay the green card fees the 165$ , they are asking a 9 digit numbers for the A number and i just have only 8 digit numbers

whats that mean ????????

You put A0 and then your 8 digit number.

How can we add newly born child to an IR1 case?

Now I'm just waiting for my wife interview more than 4 months!

Should we start from the scratch with the USCIS?

Did you call NVC to add the child since its a new born. You very well may have to start with I-130. Call NVC now.

We got case complete on November 18. We asked for expedite on November 20 by email. We got a mail in the mailing box notify us that they updated our mail/ email address dated by November 20

Could this be misunderstanding for the email we sent ??

DrWeels, I'm an American citizen by birth but I haven't spent 2 consecutive years in the US after the age of 14 and my wife is waiting for her interview to receive her green card. We have a daughter that she was born on September 2014, but we haven't apply for a separate petition on her behalf as we were told that she can apply on her mother's interview day. So, if me and my wife can live in the US, but we were not able to get our daughter in, now what should we do?

I've just sent her I 130 to the USCIS today!

Once you get receipt # call USCIS ask for tier2 supervisor and request an expedite explain your situation and that the petition needs to be expedited so its married up with your wife's.

We received cc email on Oct. 27 and the case was completed on Oct. 20 but still no interview schedule for US abu dhabi embassy.....fade up.....

a miracle I don't think it is because my case was handled in California, they are fast.

Texas, Nebraska, Vermont are long (5 to 6 months) for NOA2...after all file depart at NVC...
