hello guys, can you please help me about this? My brother has a case completion date of 10/20/2015 under f2b category ( Dhaka Bangladesh) with January, 2009 priority date which is current right now. Any idea how long is it going to take for him to get scheduled the interviews. It's been a month since the completion date.

Any idea how to get case expedite. I mean what are the grounds to get the expedite ? Thanx guys u guys been very helpful. I prey everyone here gets thru quick. Cheers

You email your request to NVCExpedite@state.gov. It's mainly given for medical reasons but it's up to the interviewing embassy to decide. Some embassies do accept for financial reasons as well as a long processing time at NVC.

Jan 13th 2016 - Mailed our reply to the 221(g) to the US Embassy, received and CEAC updated the next morning


Jan 20th 2016 - Embassy require more in-depth info on asset for i-864


Feb 1st 2016 - Sent more in-depth info on assets as requested. Received the next morning

April 5th 2016 - POE Newark. No questions asked.


April 14th 2016 - SSN received


May 10th 2016 - First day at my new job :dancing:


May 27th 2016 - Green Card received


June 7th 2016 - Got my Texas driver's license

In our interview expedite request, NVC sent their approval within 3 days.

three days? okey we expected. CNV must call us or just wait?

Whether your request is approved or denied, NVC will contact you through email. But there's no harm in calling them if 3 days have passed with nothing from their end.
