For the interview in Montreal is one day typically needed? Once approved you can go home that day correct ? They won't be asking you to come back to following day would they ? Booking my flight and hotel now just want to make sure

Since they courier your passport/visa back to you, I don't think there's any reason to stay another night. But since people sometimes have to wait hours to get in to their appointment, I wouldn't have the return flight be too early in the day. My appointment is at 09:30 and I booked my flight home at 18:30 out of an abundance of caution.

If your medical is ready, then yes,you will be able to leave the same day after the interview. Unless they require some additional documents and don't keep your passport on the day of the interview.

In 2009 my medical had an issue and I had to come the next day again after the medical was ready.

Unfortunately we will not be able to assist you with your request. Consular Section conducts the immigrant visa interviews once per week and November is fully scheduled.

When I received interview letter?

My CC on 3rd Nov 2015.

Visa category is F3.

PD is Dec 2004.

Hard to say because of your category. You will just have to wait maybe a December date maybe a January.

If you have received the P4 Interview letter email, it should be clearly stated in there. That is the confirmation that you can print.

You know they have job openings for that right? You would be great at it.

Nope. No delay. My expedite request was approved, and it actually speeded up the interview process.

if you get denied, there is no delay...it is just back to regular processing.

Ok perfect! thank you, i sent the email, my reason is that they lost my documents that caused a 5 month delay, i sent them proof, tracking number and confirmation letter of recepeit, hopefully they approve it :), how long does it take for them to respond?

It shouldn't but you never know. All you can do is ask and see the processing takes a few weeks just know that. You may not even know if you are approved ro not i a few weeks. It's all about your embassy also and slots they have. Your embassy is the busiest in the world.
