I just called and I finally have an interview date m december 8 at the embassy in Paris !! waiting for the appointment letter

visa system had some system failure issue back in june or july so thats the reason few people waited almost like 3 months for interview date..but now its up to date dont worry you will hear soon

i called because i had no news from them after my case was completed on october 14,

the operator said the interview had been scheduled a few days ago already. she told me to wait another week and if i didn't receive the appointment letter, to call back..

Hi There,

In the timeline in your signature, you indicate that you have received a Package 3 and Package 4 - I have received only a Package 4 (P4) via email, which is the letter containing the interview date. What does the Package 3 contain, and should I be expecting one as well?

P3 is the instructions about the medical exam and what documents to bring. P4 is about interview and what to do or know about the interview.

Every embassy is different.

Mine was combined. You may only get P4.

I wonder for mumbai embassy there are so less interviews for Nov and Dec as seen on spreadsheet . There might be more coming up for December I hope. some of you are waiting for a interview date after cc. good luck to all.

Anyone knows where to track i-140 processing from NOA2 and through out the whole NVC step?

I just got off the phone with NVC and I am so confused.

The lady told me that she would send our case to her supervisor for review and that it can take up to 42 days.

I thought our case is complete and now this? Or this normal?

Can anybody help me out here?

that's weird...did you try calling again to see if you get the same response?

I didn't get an cc email. But I called them three times within the last 2 weeks And they always told me that our case is complete.

Maybe I should call them but the lady on the phone told me that she would send our case to her supervisor today so I guess it doesn't really matter if I call or not. :/

you spoke to 4 supervisors and 3 of them told you that your case was completed. Maybe the person you talked to today didn't read her screen correctly or something. You could call again and ask to the supervisor what the status of your case is

do you see the 3 N/A on their website?
