I'm trying to get an estimated timeframe from case complete to interview and I don't see Belize on the case complete/interview spreadsheet.

Can anyone tell me where I may be able to find this information?

To answer the question about the $165 Green Card Issuance Fee...

There are two triggers that are necessary for an IR-1/CR-1 immigrant to get a physical green card...

1) You must be entered into the system at your POE showing you have USED the visa in your passport and...

2) You must pay the fee.

Until both of these conditions are met, your physical green card will not be generated.

You may enter the US without having paid the fee. But the longer you wait to pay, the longer you'll wait for your green card.

You may also pay the fee as soon as you get your passport back. But your card will not enter the queue for generation until you come through your POE.

Many of us immigrate just as soon as we get our passports back from the Embassy or Consulate - going ahead and paying the fee just means one more chore ticked off the list!

I just called and spoke with a supervisor..she said it was odd they were not scheduled together December 1...but they will send an email to Caracas embassy requesting to have the expedited case (cr2)/interview the same date...

Call NVC and request to talk to a supervisor. Seems something is lost in the system or mismatched. They can easily match them up on same day. Just call.

I have a good feeling about tomorrow, Nov 13th.

Last year, the only Canadians to be scheduled during November, were scheduled only on Nov 13th. All six of them were scheduled for December 17 & 18 interviews.

So, let's see if I'm right :)

Makes me wonder if there's only one person who schedules for Montreal and they're out sick or on vacation or something.

I'm glad it's not just me, but I'm sorry that it's all of you, too :(

I got good news. It seems this time my prediction was right and I was told that we're scheduled for December 11. Phew!

That is exciting, you were right on the money with the prediction. It is like you had some insider information or maybe you are making sense of the NVC which is kind if scary lol.

Happy to hear of the good news for you. Not bad progress for you after case complete.

Finally!! After 7 months our case has been completed, called NVC to speak with a supervisor, the rep confirmed CC as of 11/12/2015 :D, great news, now hoping for a smooth wait on an interview with out any more mistakes on their end. HAPPY FRIDAY EVERYONE.
