how long does nvc take to send petitions to the embassy

I believe, it depends on the embassy. Mine was delivered in 3 weeks.

called again...still no interview. now 115 days since case complete. :dead::dead::dead:

The last 14 Egypt cases took on average 125 days, but as much as 160 days. Based on this I would guess that you will probably be scheduled in November and will go to interview in December or January. Good luck.

One thing also everyone needs to realize and understand is every embassy have standard templates of email verbiage (packet 3 and 4). They do not tailor make emails to every single situation. There are people as we have seen here who file through NVC and request an expedite and everything than is done through embassy so much of what the embassy sens as what they need o see is for them.

Some here have DCF at their Consulate/Embassy so everything is filed through them.

What I am trying to tell everyone is. You filed your AOS at embassy. Yes your beneficiary needs all your originals at interview. AOS EVERYHING originals. So please provide that just i case.

I agree with the part saying that if your case was expedited and handled by the embassy...they do send a standard email.

I was a bit confused by my P3/P4 email, because they were suggesting that I send documents that I knew were included with the AOS package sent to NVC.

But I listened to instincts and submitted the copies I had of AOS forms for me and joint sponsor.

Since our case had been at NVC for about 8 months before got CC this 6th nov... dont wanna wait that long again..

Anyone knows or got interview date at manila us embasyy after got CC this nov?

Some sort of additional processing/ sup. review/ they-don't-know-what-it-is-and-there-is-no-timeline: 12th Nov. 2015

Interview scheduled on 28th Dec. 2015

Interview Date: 1st Feb. 2016

I think people keep saying blue ink, because, considering that most people fill out the form on the computer and print, how would an IO be able to distinguish between an original blank ink signature from a printed/copied version?

I think pretty much all printers have color ink, and will print a document exactly as it appears. A blue signature on the scanned original will print copies with the signature in blue as well.

thanks for the spreadsheet link. it's late at night and i am tired but when i sort the list by "Interview Date Scheduled" there are some interviews at the top of the list that were scheduled in december 2015? :S back to the future... what am I missing?!
