Finally interview but only for wife...I tried to expedite 2 completed cases 9/14 for (wife & child) and received email today that I will received email shortly for wife interview December 1...and received another email that child's case was approved for expedite....not sure what to do I would think they would schedule both cases or expedite both cases..

Hello guys I just called and they give me an interview date for 9 December im happyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

Congrats, that is not too far off. They are rolling out the December interview for some places.

That is kind of weird. Congrats on getting the interview date. December 1 is pretty close. Not sure how they plan to do that but I would think they would want to conduct the interview the same day. You are in business though. You got the interview date before the 2 month mark from case complete.

called, still got nothing. I thought Montreal appointments wouldn't take that long. Day 17 for me since CC.

jj2543, oncefuturealien, Roni07 you should try calling in 2 hours, maybe they'll make something happen at the end of the day.

Makes me wonder if there's only one person who schedules for Montreal and they're out sick or on vacation or something.

I'm glad it's not just me, but I'm sorry that it's all of you, too :(

It doesn't make sense...could it be that nvc doesnt have many slots for cr2...I wonder if that is the reason I have waited too long..

I don't think so. There are no annual limits with CR2 so they should have clots. Maybe when the Embassy contacts you about the interview date then you can inquire if they can be done the same day. Even with the expedite request approved, I think the December 1 date will not be too far of any date the Embassy may give you. We shall see.

I have a good feeling about tomorrow, Nov 13th.

Last year, the only Canadians to be scheduled during November, were scheduled only on Nov 13th. All six of them were scheduled for December 17 & 18 interviews.

So, let's see if I'm right :)

If look in this forum some people got the interview letter within 24 hours. I think you will receive it by tomorrow evening.

I haven't received my interview email yet, my case was scheduled on Tuesday.
