I-130 Sent : 2015-07-10 - sent from abroad, auto-expedite

I-130 NOA1 : 2015-07-14

I-130 Approved : 2015-08-13 (30 days)

DS-261 reviewed over the phone:2015-09-17

Agent registration email: 2015-09-18

IV fee available: 2015-09-18

IV fee paid: 2015-09-22

I hear you...But there's not much we can do...I have a feeling they are done scheduling for December and we might have to wait until January...I really hope for a December date but the way things are looking, I don't want to get my hopes high

Dwheels they are not originals, I am talking about photocopies that I have to take with me to the interview. All my originals were sent to NVC.

So, can I punch holes in photocopies I may have to submit on my interview day?

Really, don't punch holes in anything, original or copied. The only purpose in that is to clip them into a binder or clip folder, and they don't like that

It's much better to put them neatly in a folder (no clips) without binding them together, The consulate will want to take them out of the folder, lay them on the desk and go through them without the inconvenience of them all being clipped together.

Say "bye" to the paper puncher. .

I hear you...But there's not much we can do...I have a feeling they are done scheduling for December and we might have to wait until January...I really hope for a December date but the way things are looking, I don't want to get my hopes high

thats what i am thinking too they done with December interviews..but at least give us a jan dates so we can sit calmly ..did anyone call nvc today to find out ?

yes, my husband called this morning twice they say be busy, they have a delay on records, .... interviews are still possible for December

I called, nothing :( Its now over 2 weeks since CC and I know that Montreal is not a busy embassy. I still think I might be getting an interview date in December. Looking at the last 15 interview dates for Montreal, average is 51 days from CC to Interview. It seems that would be December 15-20th. This kind of uncertainty and daily calling is unbearable, yet it is necessary in order to plan things properly around holidays.

Our P4 letter doesn't ask for 2 passport style photos to be brought to the interview, but some people have said they were asked for them by the consulate?

Does anyone know if my husband should take these photos with him to the interview?

Here is your what to brig to interview page. Yes everyone has to bring pixs. You should have 2 to 4.
