They will send it about 2 weeks before interivew date.

Thank you lowlie, you are very helpful, any ideas on what could influence the time? if you dont mind me asking, why was yours put on review? the list of documents they said i could bring where my wifes 2014 taxes, i sent them but you know NVC...

We had a checklist for a police certificate and birth certificate, which was weird because we sent those with the AOS package. I sent new copies to NVC by $50 overnight express so we could get a new scan date fast and get the next 30 days out of the way as quick as possible. Well, 30 days passed and the rep I talked to said it didn't appear anyone had reviewed our case after the certificates were scanned. Another 10 days passed and still nothing. On day 50 the rep I talked to on the phone said it appeared that still no one had reviewed them, so she'd send our case to a supervisor. She told me to wait at least 2 weeks before calling again to inquire, but only 8 days later we got CC.

hmmm....I'm looking at my husband's country's portal and everyone onthe IR-1/CR-1 visa has had an interview on a Tuesday or Thursday.

If that that's their interview days...I'm wondering how come my husband has a Wednesday interview with the K-1's.

I wonder if it is because my case was expedited and that was the date I requested....

P3 is the instructions about the medical exam and what documents to bring. P4 is about interview and what to do or know about the interview.

Every embassy is different.

Mine was combined. You may only get P4.

After 14 months in the visa process and an eight month battle with NVC, we finally got case complete on November 4th. So happy I cried for 15 minutes and have been walking around with a big grin on my face ever since.

Supervisor review means that a supervisor requests your case and will review it instead of a "normal reviewer". It usually happens when your case hasn't been reviewed within the usual time frame.

Supervisor review is a lottery. If you're lucky, you'll get reviewed within the given 42 days, if you're unlucky, you can be stuck on supervisor review for months.
