Hello,

Does anyone know an up-to-date thread about NOA2 to CC?

I need to estimate the time from petition approval to case complete status in NVC

I have this one

Have you tried calling the Manila embassy?

My wife did the other day and they told us it's all in the hands of the NVC when we are scheduled.

Moving on over to December..Time is slowly marching on.

Expedited interview date will be November 18th

Wait time from CC to interview will be 106 days

How did I miss that your case was expedited?

29/09/2015 - DS-261 reviewed over phone

30/09/2015 - IV fee invoice and agent registration email

01/10/2015 - IV fee paid

02/10/2015 - AOS & IV package sent

02/10/2015 - DS-260 completed

05/10/2015 - AOS & IV package scanned

30/10/2015 - Case Completed at NVC!!

Don't have a CC just yet (it should come this next week hopefully), but I do hope I get an interview date for December! Fingers crossed and good luck to everyone!

I think I'm going to call the NVC either tomorrow or friday.

I am not really sure if I'll get an Interview for December but you never know.

If I am not mistaken, they schedule Interviews for December until mid November?

Thanks for your reply and for the thread you sent me.

I still can't find recent cases similar to me (Eb-2). Is there a difference in processing time between IR-1 and E-21 or E-26?

If yes, do you know what is the average time between NOA2 and CC? I also wanted to let you know that the NOA2 I am waiting is for I-824 approval. My I-140 was approved a year ago.

How did I miss that your case was expedited?

Someone I converse with through my in-box told me I forgot to post that we have an expedited interview date, I thought I did. I guess not, because I looked at the spreadsheet and saw my name still only shows CC.

IR-1/CR-1 Visa

I know, I am too picky, especially given how many people have been waiting for their interview date for months... but since the day we filed the petition, we have been hoping for the November interview and celebrating Thanksgiving in the US together this year. I've emailed the embassy right after we got the date on December 2nd, and they replied, they would be eager to help, but the case hasn't been received by the embassy yet. How long does it normally take?
