Told to send items via loomis - site not working?

My fiances interview was Sept 22nd in which he was asked to provide another I-134 and supporting documentation and that's all. The form he has says to go to : https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-CA/niv/selfservice/us_courier_information

Other posters have posted this link before, but for some reason it is not working for either of us. We've tried different browsers and everything.

The forms instructions are:

Additional info is required in order to continue processing your immigrant visa case. When you have ALL of the required documents, please mail them together with your name, case number, mailing address, and email address to our office using the CSC Visa Information services (Loomis). Please visit http://usvisa-info.com/en-CA/selfservice/us_courier_information and look for instructions on Sending Documents to the Consular Section.

You will need to select the courier location where you will drop off your documents and you will use the same courier location to pick up your passport and immigration document we will send them back to you. You must have your passport number, date of birth, nationality, case number, and visa category for each applicant ready (principal applicant and all family members, including children) in order to access the website.

When prompted to, pleas select "Trip Purpose" and "Permanently immigrating to the US-Register for Courier Services Only". After entering your information, you will be prompted to select a courier location. You will use Loomis to send documents to the Consulate and the Consulate will return documents to you via Loomis only. The courier services is provided to you at no cost. Please be sure to register for each applicant including children. DO NOT schedule any additional appointments.

My fiance already has an account on there as that's how he scheduled his appointment, it shows "Current Status: Appointment". There is a link that says "Consular Section has instructed me to send more documents, but clicking on that takes him to a page that says "Follow up documents request" and then an empty box that we're not sure what to do with.
He can't make a new account because he doesn't fit under any of the categories it shows on the page, and he can't add an appointment or an applicant (himself) to where he could even get to the part where he could redo everything.


Over all, if you sent information to Montreal via loomis post interview (prefer K1 but CR1-IR1 could be the same way so all info is useful!), how did you go about doing it? The refusal worksheet says that the site will give us instructions, but the site doesn't work. He can't schedule for a new appointment like it says because his account is still active.

Please help, we have everything we need, but we're not sure how to send it. =[ Thanks for any future info!

After doing some investigating, this happened so some people on the british side. Basically since it shows that there's still an active appointment, it's not flagged that the appointment already happened so we can't continue with making a courier only appointment!

AND figured it out.


For those who may need it, if your account is still flagged as Active Appointment and you were given a request for more info at the interview, go to the "Consular Section instructed me to send more documents". We typed in a quick thing about the request for I-134 and pressed Send for Request.

After that it took him back to the beginning, asked him interview location, then his status was marked as "Send Documents" which allowed him to print out the Courier-in Authorization and Instructions on how to send papers to the consulate!
