@Analia, @Mayi & MiMi, @4A2 - we got rfe in March. You don't get confirmation USCIS have received it. The next thing you hear is NOA2, or not :(.

There were 2 parts to ours - evidence of being together (which we'd already sent, think they'd lost that) & "proof" of my name change from birth certificate to current name. We got approval the week after they received, but that was pretty straightforward information for them to process.

Someone with the same case?

What’s going on guys?

February 14th 2018?

Processing times are long 5-7 months until NOA2 (If that's wrong please somebody correct me)

Our NOA 1 was at the end of March and we don't expect to hear anything back until October

They are now working on the first week of December. I think you still have about 2 months waiting time to go.

Take a look in the active months threads for updates. x_driven_x does a scan every day to see how far they are processing cases.

This link is a link to the December filers thread:

Thanks so much for this document! we are up to send it and this list helps a lot to avoid any RFE. There´s one thing I do not understand on the document, where it says for example "Lost copies of passport photos", means the USCIS lost this papers form the packet and they ask them back?

Hello everybody,

Quick question, if petitioner receives NOA1, it means there´s no RFE? Thanks for your replies.

Although it's possible for an RFE to happen at any time, it looks to me like almost all RFEs don't happen until around when other petitions from around the same date are getting approvals. Which makes sense; that's when someone is evaluating the case for the first time.
