I forgot to write the name of my fiance on the back of his 2x2 passport photo.

I wrote my name on the back of my photo and paperclipped each photo separately to each of our G-325a forms. (Each form placed in their separate sheet protectors). Do you think I will get a RFE for this? We started the form early to give us time for things that might come up but I would still like this to be as smooth of a process as possible.

The list includes RFE's for incorrect photo sizes, but so far no one has received an RFE for not writing the name of the person on the picture.

The instructions say to place the photo in a bag, stapled to a sheet of paper labeled with their name, and place it behind the corresponding G-325A. If you get a particularly picky adjuticator there is a possibility that you may get an RFE for not following the instructions, but so far no one has received on for this issue.

I know of one case that got RFE for no names on the back of the photos. I know the username but I have no idea how to search the forum to actually find that one single post.

I chose sheet protectors that were secure and attaching photos that way, but I don't believe there were any clear instructions for this process when I was reviewing everything. Item 8a doesn't give explicit directions on how to package the materials. I am sure the reviewers appreciate as much organization as possible though which is what I was aiming for.

Do it according to the guides here on VJ and you can't fail. It's easy and exactly what USCIS want.

Thanks! It seems to be all over the place on the forums. I guess it will just depend on the day and the person.

I am hoping since my photo has my name they can figure out from process of elimination who my fiance is. I figure this will be the game over the next several months/years through all these processes and stages, so I better get used to playing the wait and see game

I found that this video helped give me a better idea of what is expected

Perfect this is exactly how I laid out my visa portfolio. I work in the health field and it is frowned down upon to staple important legal documents so I also used sheet protectors with paperclips.

I was stressed out last week because my fiances passport photo was 2 by 2in but after research the only RFEs i saw ppl get for passport sizes were if they were bigger than 2 by 2in , my fiances was 3.5cm by 4.5cm , i even researched that and seems no one got RFE for it , so my worrys stopped, i honestly did a 5 or 6 hour research session to clear my head

Our paper is in CSC. We sent our response sept 20. Any advice on how long we will possibly wait for NOA2? Thanks!!

It can take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks to get an approval after an RFE response is received. There are outliers that are shorter and some that are longer, but the usual timeframe is 2 to 4 weeks.
