Please help me, my business is going down. some of my competitor companies posted negative my company in www.immigrationcomplaints.com, how can i remove post from their, i have tried contact the forum but there is no response.

Please suggest me.

If you can't get anywhere with the administrator of that forum and you have proof the reviews are false reviews from competitors, then you may need to talk to an attorney who handles such matters. Otherwise, there may be little to nothing you can do.

Thanks for reply. I have many time tried to contact the this forum administrator but there is no response. I am not sure about competitor who has done this posting. this is the mail issue. I have approached to lawyer also but there is no satisfactory answer. I am continuously loosing my business. I am totally helpless.

Not familiar with Indian law, but in the USA an attorney would send a letter demanding libelous reviews are taken down.

Of course, unless you can prove they are lying, you won;t get anywhere.

Why do you think that?

Seems it was set up by an Indian guy who was scammed by an Indian immigration consultant for others to share their stories.

If you believe that the site contains libelous content, you can try reporting your complaint to their web hosting service, Big Rock, and/or the private-registration service associated with their domain name, Privacy Protect. If you can provide evidence that the reviews of your company are untrue and defamatory, they may suspend the site until the owner removes them.

As Ryan and Penguin mentioned above, though, you're unlikely to get anywhere unless you can provide clear proof that the accusations are false.
