Sorry, I should have thought about that first. But I've been receiving the notifications without any issues at all since I joined and now suddenly my email is treating VJ like spam. It didn't make sense so I didn't check. Thank you and sorry for wasting your time! :P

Can you select "not spam" from your email client? They should fix it. What email service do you use?

Can you select "not spam" from your email client? They should fix it. What email service do you use?

I use Gmail. I selected not spam and I also added Visa Journey to contacts to be on the safe side.
