Hi!

yesterday i filled an i-130 for my son, but i have to go back to my country for 2 months to solve snd finish some business...

the house i am living is my father's house, and it is for sale. the address i wrote in the i-130 is that/this address...

i was wondering... i have a courrier service with a company, since i dont have a permanent/own fixed address yet, when i buy something on the net, i put my courrier as shipping addres, so they can hold my items and then i pick up.

could i use thet address for the paperworks related t o the petition?

i mean that address has my name and it is in Florida...

what do you think?

do you know what i am talking about with the courrier address? (its something common that people use when they dont have a fixed address in USA and need to receive merchandises)

Also.. now is when i read the form g-1145, which is for electronic notification, which would be extremely helpful for me....

but it says it must be included in the first page of the petition, i already filled the petition, what can i do to take benefit of the form g-1145 after i-130has been filled?

how old is your son, if over 21 the process will take years and being gone a bit doesn't matter. If a child then use electronic notification

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

he is 29yo.

is not that siimple... if is over or underage, there is a process where they notifies me that thei received the form and that they are working on it bla bl abla... until the petition is aproved,it is the same it does not mater if is under or older... at the moment of the availability and category... is then when it matter
