Hmmmmm, I think India and Egypt have a lot in common . . . baksheesh for everyone . . . low paid govt officials . . . paying them extra to get away with things!! Also, piles of trash everywhere. But not enough rain in Cairo to cause flooding! More like sandstorms . . . High winds and desert sand . . . . that's what I was spitting out when I was there a couple of weeks ago!
