So thanks to the Grace of God my fiancé was approved for his K1 visa. He is one step closer to getting to me. But one thing that has me anxious is because they us consulate told my fiancé that he should receive his visa in 5-8days. I maybe jumping the gun here but I am nervous because every time I check the status their is no update on the passport and my case is still left on ready. How long did it take people to get their visa from Haiti and is all this normal?

Don't worry I had my interview on october 21 and today i get my last update on ceac and I see that: Your case is open and ready for your interview, fingerprints, and required documents. If you have already had your interview, please check your status after two business days. If no interview was required, please check back in two business days for the status of your application.
